Pool Cleaner Service & Support

TriniAmerican was a full service Authorized Service Center for SmartPool robotic pool cleaners, including the Dolphin line.

At this time we only offer Non-Warranty service for Dolphin pool cleaners. If you bring or send your pool cleaner to us now, Maytronics will not pay for the service, and may or may not pay for the parts.

The Dolphins are made by Maytronics and were distributed by SmartPool. SmartPool has broken all ties with Maytronics and has ceased to carry the Maytronics line of pool cleaners.

Maytronics set up it's own US Distributorship, MaytronicsUS. For a short time we continued to service the Dolphin line of robotic pool cleaners for Maytronics under MaytronicsUS.

We no longer can offer Warranty service for these Dolphins. If your Dolphin is in Warranty, you will have to ship it to Maytronics' service center in Texas. We appologize for the inconvenience and added expense to our California customers. Unfortunately, MaytronicsUS did not honor it's contract with us. And when we complained about how we were being dealt with their action was to stop using us, despite having the lowest complaint levels and fewest service returns.

We are servicing Dolphins that are out of Warranty as we understand our customers don't want to pay to ship their Dolphin all the way to Texas and back, not to mention how long it takes. And we continue to sell parts so you can fix your Dolphin yourself. (See our Do It Yourself Parts Catalog.)
